How much does it cost me to typically list my home?
We charge 6% of the sales price to list your home. 3% of this goes to the buyer's agent and 3% goes to our team as the seller's agent.
How much does it cost me for Front Gate to find us a home?
Most listings will pay for our fee to help you in your search. Some For Sale By Owners will not pay a real estate agent their 3% fee and then the buyer would be responsible for payment.
What is the single most important thing to do when listing my home?
Clean your home from top to bottom! One of the very first deterrents to a buyer is when you step into a home and it's dirty and doesn't smell good. Commonly accepted scents are usually best as some people's preferences are different.
What is the market going to do?
We unfortunately can't tell the future and give updated data for every client to get a good game plan.
Why do I need a REALTOR to list my home?
You may not. Our team is forward thinking and uses different strategies to keep your property at the top of mind to consumers. From digital marketing, open houses, ad campaigns, and clear communication we believe it is a sit back and relax approach for our clients. Just like any other profession, some people like to do it all themselves. Our team doesn't need to pressure you into listing. Win win or no deal.
